This 12 week program was designed to help you get your workouts in at home because we all know as a busy #bosslady you don’t always have time to get to the gym. Although you can do them anywhere you please. All you need is a Resistance band, a skipping rope as well as a loop band. If you have some light dumbbells that is great, otherwise you can just use two bottles of water or two objects that weigh the same.
